The Full Yard Mimic provides a complete overview of the consignment, delivery and processing cycle as the cane consignments progress from the field to factory. It illustrates each phase of the delivery cycle.
A range of field devices consistently update and publish the status of the full bins as they move through the consignment and processing cycle. The mimic consists of a number of displayed windows, each illustrating the status of the bins as they progress from being consigned electronically, identified by RFID readers as they are delivered into the full yard and progressing from the full yard to the weighbridge tippler for crushing, processing. A notices window keeps the operator alerted to any unusual event that may occur.
