SPICE
As part of our quality improvement program, we have
participated as a showcase company in the SPICE (Software
Process Improvement Capability Determination) project
undertaken by the Software Quality Institute (SQI).
The aim of the SPICE project was to improve internal
software development practises, documentation procedures and
customer support processes. As a result, our clients now
receive a far greater depth of support from all staff at
Mirrabooka, as well as relevant and timely documentation of
their individual systems. New employees with Mirrabooka are
introduced to the quality-centric company procedures, and
the duties of their positions are fully and clearly defined.
Overall, the project has brought many improvements to our
development efficiency and product quality.
